Shipping and Return Policy

Shipping:

  • We offer shipping to the US for all orders. International shipping coming soon.

  • Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2-5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

  • Shipping costs and delivery times may vary depending on the destination and shipping method selected during checkout.

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information to monitor the status of your delivery.

Returns:

  • We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date.

  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and with all tags intact.

  • Returns are not applicable for customized products, as they are made specifically to your requirements.

Process:

  1. Contact our customer service team at orders@shiloandco.com to initiate the return process.

  2. Provide your order number and reason for return.

  3. Once approved, we will provide you with further instructions on how to proceed with the return.

Refunds:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7 days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Exchanges:

  • Exchanges are available for non-customized products within 30 days of the original purchase date.

  • To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and with all tags intact.

Exceptions:

  • Returns and exchanges are not available for customized products.

  • We reserve the right to refuse returns or exchanges that do not meet the above criteria.
