Return and Exchange Policy

At Shilo & Co., we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please take a moment to review our return and exchange policy:

Returns:

  • We accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date.

  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and with all tags intact.

  • Returns are not applicable for customized products, as they are made specifically to your requirements.

Exchanges:

  • Exchanges are available for non-customized products within 30 days of the original purchase date.

  • To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and with all tags intact.

Process:

  1. Contact our customer service team at orders@shiloandcp.com to initiate the return or exchange process.

  2. Provide your order number and reason for return or exchange.

  3. Once approved, we will provide you with further instructions on how to proceed.

Refunds:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7 days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Exceptions:
